- Guest reports a hazard from a site QR code (no login).

Good to know
- This is a design prototype, not a product. "HSEQ Platform" is a placeholder name.
- Sign-in is simulated: there are no accounts or passwords, and every sign-in button just opens the demo.
- Forms never post anywhere. Demo progress is saved only in this browser (local storage), so each viewer sees their own.
- People, sites and records are fictional sample data.
